Configure
Microsoft Exchange Mail for Windows
- Double
click the Inbox icon on the desktop.
- Click
the Tools menu located at the top of
the window then click Options from the
drop down menu.
- Click
the Services tab located at the top of
the window.
- Click
the Add button, highlight Internet
Mail by clicking on it once then
and click the OK button.
- Click
the General tab located at the top of
the window.
- Enter
your real name or the name by which you wish to be known
in the Full name field.
- In
the box titled E-mail address enter your
e-mail address.
- In
the Internet Mail server box enter your
POP3 (Incoming) mail server as noted on the Email Set
Up document we've sent you.
- In
the Account name box enter your username.
Note - your Account name
is your full email address, all in lowercase and no spaces.
- In
the Password box enter your password
in lower case letters.
- Click
the Advanced Options button.
- Enter
mail.aussiecom.com in the box in this
window.
- Click
the OK button.
- Click
on the Connection tab located at the
top of the window.
- Place
a dot next to Connect using modem.
- In
the box labeled Dial using the following connection
select the name of the dialer that you have set up to
connect to Aussiecom.
- Click
the Login as button.
- In
the User name box enter your username
in lower case letters.
- In
the Password box enter your password
in lower case letters.
- Click
the OK button.
- Click
the Apply button then the OK
button to save the settings.
