Email Support Configure Microsoft Exchange Mail for Windows

Step 1 of 6
  • Double click the Inbox icon on the desktop.
  • Click the Tools menu located at the top of the window then click Options from the drop down menu.
  • Click the Services tab located at the top of the window.
  • Click the Add button, highlight Internet Mail by clicking on it once then and click the OK button.

 

Step 2 of 6

  • Click the General tab located at the top of the window.
  • Enter your real name or the name by which you wish to be known in the Full name field.
  • In the box titled E-mail address enter your e-mail address.
  • In the Internet Mail server box enter your POP3 (Incoming) mail server as noted on the Email Set Up document we've sent you.
  • In the Account name box enter your username.
    Note - your Account name is your full email address, all in lowercase and no spaces.
  • In the Password box enter your password in lower case letters.
  • Click the Advanced Options button.

 

Step 3 of 6

  • Enter mail.aussiecom.com in the box in this window.
  • Click the OK button.

 

Step 4 of 6

  • Click on the Connection tab located at the top of the window.
  • Place a dot next to Connect using modem.
  • In the box labeled Dial using the following connection select the name of the dialer that you have set up to connect to Aussiecom.
  • Click the Login as button.

 

Step 5 of 6

  • In the User name box enter your username in lower case letters.
  • In the Password box enter your password in lower case letters.
  • Click the OK button.

 

Step 6 of 6

  • Click the Apply button then the OK button to save the settings.
